Technology has been advancing extremely fast. Computers are getting smaller and smaller, and amazing new robots are being created. The technology that fits into your phone today took up an entire room in the 1980’s. People living in the 80’s could have only dreamed of having a phone, game device, and camera all in one little square. That’s not all that the world of technology has created however. Here are some of the most recent and amazing things that have been created.

Google’s NewRobot, Handle

One of the Google-owned robotics companies recently released their new robot, Handle. Handle is 6’6 vaguely human looking, and has wheels for feet. It is capable of reaching speeds up to 9 miles per hour, and it can move across just about any flat surface. It can also lift weight, as it is shown in this image.

This is a great new toy for gamers, and people who like to get lost in other worlds. The virtual reality headset has quickly advanced over the past few years. They provide that illusion that you are in another world. This toy makes horror games at least five times scarier, and may create new advances in the world of journalism.

 

OLED TV’s

This is one of the best new technologies used in TV’s today. OLED TV’s undoubtedly have the best picture quality in terms of deep blacks and other vivid colors. In this new technology, every single pixel has it’s own light source. If you have money to burn on a new TV, the OLED is the way to go.

 

360 Degree Cameras

This new type of camera allows people to take pictures with a 360 degree angle, meaning that the viewer of the photo can see everything that’s around the photographer. This new technology can make selfies more fun, help photographers get more of the area they’re photographing in the picture, and allow journalists to help you observe whatever they’re recording better.

There are many more new, amazing technological advances, but these are some of the coolest. With technology advancing quickly, we may also have many new fun gadgets in the near future.
